Poultry anti-salmonella vaccine developed


Poultry could in future be given anti-salmonella vaccines. Chicks would develop a lifelong immunity.


The vaccine, developed by a scientist, at Washington University, in St Louis, has been licensed to Megan Health which hopes to win a licence from the US Department of Agriculture by the end of the year.
