Powder additive protects the pig

FORMULATED to boost pigs immune systems, Pro-Techt is a natural feed additive manufactured by ProVet.

It contains a blend of enzymes to aid digestion, natural gut conditioners, energisers and growth ingredients, which results in maximum growth rates and a reduced dependence on antibiotics, says the company.

Pro-Techt is in powdered form and designed to be fed from weaning to finishing, at rates of 1kg/1t-16t of finished feed.

The additive is available in 1kg tubs – costing £50 – or drums up to 25kg (01944-738606, fax 01944-738223).
