Richmond venue has something for just about everyone…

THIS year the FWC autumn weekend break is at the Richmond Hill Hotel, Richmond, Surrey.

As its name suggests, the hotel is at the top of Richmond Hill with a spectacular view over the river Thames. It has a leisure club with swimming pool, sauna, and health and beauty suite.

Members are invited to meet for drinks before dinner at 6.30pm on the Friday evening – an informal gathering to enable you to meet each other and get the weekend break off to a friendly start.

Saturday has been left free for you to enjoy at your leisure, relaxing in the hotel, maybe, or venturing further afield. The centre of London is only half an hour away by train. Richmond Park, Hampton Court and Kew Gardens are also nearby. There are plenty of shops in this delightful town and several places where your menfolk can sit and wait nursing a pint!

For Saturday evening tickets have been booked for Gentlemen Prefer Blondes at Richmond Theatre. On Sunday morning a guided walking tour leaves the Town Hall at 11am which will show you the historic side of Richmond. This would help you work up an appetite for Sunday lunch!

The basic cost for the weekend is £145 which includes:

&#8226 Two nights bed and breakfast

&#8226 Weekend membership of the hotels

Luxury Leisure Club

&#8226 Free London travel card OR admission

to Hampton Court OR Kew Gardens

&#8226 Dinner on Friday night
