Trade holds at Andoversford

ANDOVERSFORD annual sheep show and sale of 4000 breeding and store animals took place last week and although entries were unsurprisingly down, trade continued the current buoyant level.

Topping the theave market was Capt W L Hannay, whose run of North Country Mules peaked at £82.50. Suffolk cross Mule thieves traded at a best of £78, while Mule ewe lambs from Rudgeway Farms made £63.50 (Tayler & Fletcher, in conjunction with Voyce Pullin). &#42
