Unigate buys Roata for £27m
DAIRY company Unigate has acquired the Roata group of companies for £27 million. Roata operates the Unipork pigmeat processing business.
The Irish group has two plants in Northern Ireland with turnover in the year to June of £55.9m. The purchase includes the assumption of £16.4m in debt.
