Versatile tape for tight stock control

AN EXPANDING tape barrier is the latest addition to Rappas product range.

The extending tape is self-retracting and suitable for controlling stock in yards, clamps, cow tracks or grass leys, according to the manufacturer.

Xpand A-Gate is mounted on an insulated block and simply pushes into place, meaning that it can be moved to several different locations around a unit quickly and easily, says Rappa.

The 20m (65ft) barrier can be electrified either from an existing fence or from a battery powered energiser clipped to the bottom of the reel. It costs £89.75 (01264-810665, fax 01264-810079).
