DALGETY shareholders have approved the £50m management buyout offer put forward by six directors. Paul Kirk is chairman of the new independent Dalgety Agriculture, Tony Taylor is managing director.

The business is divided into four sectors: arable; dairy, beef and sheep; pig and poultry; and horse and speciality.
