In episode 4, the apprentices work on a range of machinery-related tasks – setting up a plough, building a business case for a contractor business and then servicing some Kubota kit.
The teams seem to be struggling a little with one key skill though – leadership. Will anyone step forward and help steer their group through this tough set of challenges?
